Ask a new question. I’ve been trying to download and use MS Teams and keep getting error messages at several points. The most frequent error message I get is this, which happens whether I try to download the app or join a meeting on the web:.

Sometimes it does load the site which has the two options for downloading for home or work. I haven’t been able to get that far today, but it normally starts to download then after a few seconds a grey error box appears.

Please advise – I’ve installed. None of this has made any difference. Threats include any threat of suicide, violence, or harm to another.
