Ray in OttawaSX. I purchased Home and Student Office a couple of years ago and because was imminent I was given a free upgrade to and given a paid product key. All worked fine. My HDD crashed this week and was just replaced but the “upgrade” product key is now not eligible as a “paid” product and I am expected to buy again. Is there any way around this?
