Thanks for your feedback. Did you download the file because you wanted to run a particular macro? In that case, store the file in a Trusted Location. Typically, if you downloaded a macro-enabled template, you should put it in the Startup folder for Word to make it available to all documents or in the User Templates folder which makes it available to documents based on that particular template.
Or are you trying to disable the error message and get rid of any macros present? All macros will be deleted. Delete the original file that you downloaded.
